ELEY is proud to sponsor British Shooting’s Schools Pistol Championships for another year. Supporting the brand new remote element of the competition.

This is the first time in the competitions history that a remote element has been included. In these difficult times, this is an effort to move the shooting sports forward, in a safe, exciting and inclusive way.

The new format combines shooting remotely and entering your scores for the opening round. Then, culminating in a shoulder-to-shoulder National Final as planned on Tuesday 19th January at the Chase Leisure Centre in Staffordshire.

The competition is open to novices through to experienced shooters, allowing them to compete in the mixed-gender and physical ability competition as an individual and part of a team.

British Shooting event co-ordinator, Gorgs Geikie, said: “We would like to thank ELEY for supporting the British Shooting Championships for the third year running. Our competitors are excited to be involved with such a historic brand.”

“This gives athletes the option to download/print the target. Entrants also have the option of shooting on the ready-made NSRA/ISSF 10m Air Pistol Targets, which are available to purchase.”

ELEY has also contributed a selection of merchandise packs for first, second and third place winners. This features an ELEY jacket personally embroidered with your name so you look the part when hitting the range.

Michael Atkinson, brand manager for ELEY noted; “The Schools Pistol Championship is a fantastic competition to be involved in. Working alongside British Shooting who are thinking outside the box, allows us to keep shooting sports dynamic and moving forward for young competitors.”
