New products mean new records for ELEY in 2018

2018 has been a great year for ELEY. We’re continuing to invest, improve and innovate our ammunition range to meet the needs of shooters and grow the shooting sports. This is through manufacturing new and improved ammo for a wide range of disciplines, including practical shooting, air competitions and biathlons.

ELEY tenex air pellets

With new tenex products come new world records and our tenex air pellets are no different.

Earlier this year, three elite shooters were given our prototype pellets. These were used to compete at the European Championships in Hungary and the ISSF World Cup in Mexico. We’re proud to say that we won four medals and even achieved a brand new World Record!

ELEY tenex air delivers exceptional accuracy. It has 30% greater weight control than any competitor and damage-resistant packaging. The essential statistics are .177 calibre, 4.49/4.50/4.51 diameters, and 8.2 grains. The key to consistency is in the materials selected, manufacturing techniques used, and analysis and selection processes to maintain the industry’s strictest standards.

ELEY action

ELEY action introduces shooters to ELEY’s renowned consistency and accuracy.

Manufactured to strict internal specification, the new product benefits from electronic visual inspection and rigorous test proofing. Small lot quantities and statistical process control techniques deliver performance in every round. It has reliable functioning in rapid fire rifles, low noise and low recoil – ideal for the practical shooters amongst us.

ELEY biathlon

Finally, the most recent product launch is ELEY biathlon. Biathletes need ammunition that maintains consistent accuracy despite cold climates and challenging conditions. ELEY biathlon has been developed for use in extreme conditions down to as low as -20C. A scientifically designed lubricant has also been applied to suit cold temperatures, aiding consistency and reducing barrel wear.
